Two cardio tennis sessions (9.30 to 10.30am Fridays)

Bid now for two HIIT style cardio sessions which are a great way to get fit whilst playing tennis. You don't need to be able to play tennis to take part. There's an element of hitting balls but no rallies are involved in the sessions. Sessions run on Friday mornings from 9.30 to 10.30.
