KS2 Disco (Year 3+)

This event is ONLY for KS2 pupils - that's Year 3, 4 , 5 & 6.

For Reception and KS1, there are earlier slots available instead.

There are 45 adult helper tickets available with the remainder available for the pupils.

This will make sure we have just the right number of adults present to run the event safely and can maximise the spaces available for pupils.

It's not Oasis at Wembley! It doesn't matter when you buy your child tickets during the sale window as we expect to have space for all children who would like to go. In the unlikely event we are oversubscribed when ticket sales close, we will run a ballot to allocate the child tickets randomly. 

If you're an adult at the disco, there's an expectation that you chip in to help out even if you're not officially allocated to a volunteer role. If you see some litter, please put it in the bin; offer some help to clean up at the end etc...

Things to know

Adults at the disco

• You will need to sign up for a volunteer role through your class reps.

• You will need to stay for the duration of the disco.

• If you can't make it, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place. This is really important. We are banking on you attending to run the event safely and staff the stalls.

Tickets

• Ticket sales are online only to avoid queues at the door. You will receive your tickets by email.

• If we are oversubscribed, we will run a ballot to allocate the tickets randomly.

  
  

Who can attend

• This event is ONLY for KS2 pupils - that's Year 3, 4, 5 & 6.

• Children from different Key Stages cannot mix. In other words, if you have one child in KS1 and one in KS2, only the KS2 child can attend this one.

• The disco is for children attending the school. No siblings are allowed to attend with the exception of babes-in-arms.
