Recap from April - Lloyds bank transfer - agree to pursue and will be taken forward by Jason. No other outstanding actions.
Upcoming events and where we are
Matilda refreshments - not enough volunteers at present. Ms Rigg is aware and will ask parents. Lu also to send a message on drama club whatsapp group for helpers.
Uniform Sale - Elllie has a good amount of branded stock which will be sold and with an excess of non-branded stuff it was agreed that could be donated for free.
Frozen Fridays - Sarah happy to sort the stock each week and the first selection has been purchased. Iceland works out best value. 50p for lollies and £1 for ice creams.
Disco - the committee has it in hand. The tickets will be done via a raffle system on line. If anyone is unsuccessful then they will be refunded and can have first refusal next year. Based on numbers purchased so far it looks like both discos will be within capacity. Volunteer requests for parents attending will be sent out after tickets confirmed on Friday.
Summer Fair - sub committee has been set up. Marcela has very kindly offered to provide a Bar-be-que and her husband is happy to man it.
Hampers - it was agreed that the raffle and hampers are still popular and a good fundraiser. Suggestion lists to be issued to class reps so that people can buy things over half term. Request for items 9th June to give classes time to put the hampers together.
Stalls - bar-be-que, JP Destiny, Games, Lucky Dip, Bouncy Castle, Gladiator Dual. No teddy tombola - the quality was not great at the xmas fair.
AOB
Grant applications - Aviva launching a conservation one.
